“Veracruz” Oceanside Villa

Condo was nicely furnished; bed was very comfortable. View was amazing from balcony, direct ocean front above the Malecon. Never had air conditioning on in our 15 day stay, fresh ocean breezes constantly. San Miguel Villas is in a great location. 2 blocks from the ferry, easy walk. Many restaurants available for all meals with many price ranges. Sonny's Pizza is a must stop, delicious. More shops to buy trinkets in walking distance than you can imagine. Met Mr. Turner, the owner, while there. Extremely nice gentleman. They were building a restaurant on the lower floor while we were there. Will be a great addition to the Villas. So for comfort, location, and awesome views, this is where you want to stay.

This is a place for decerning adults. An apartment for those who appreciate quality all around. Our unit was well equipped, comfortable beds and very clean. The traditional Mexican art adds a very special touch. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had an Oceanside unit, and nothing is nicer than watching the sunrise from your private balcony. The sand beaches are just a short walk away and we prefer being away from the busy and crowded beach scene, although we went to the beach every morning when there weren’t as many people. The water is such an amazing color! There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance- Sonny’s pizza, Mahatche for the best seared tuna and Lola Valentina’s Poblano fish were a few favorites. This complex sits right on the malecón that runs along the rocky side of the island, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk every morning. This is the best place we have stayed on the island. Highly recommend!

The facilities were fantastic. The staff was very responsive and always available. We will be staying here again.

Had four rooms and stay here every time we come to the island now. Really love the view and the ability to get away from the hustle and bustle of the island but it is close enough to walk to Hidalgo and North Beach. Great rooms and staff!

Couldn’t ask for anything better. The room was amazing, central location and beautiful view from our balcony Staff was always helpful.

The villa was extremely easy to find when first arriving. It is close to so many amenities including a grocery store which was so convenient! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and it was the perfect ocean view to look at all week. Great place to stay.

we had an amazing time at Isla Mujeres. Villa Veracruz is amazing! Close to everything, restaurants, beach, market, etc. The host is very responsive. The place is very clean, AC works great. The villa has everything you need. The ocean views are awesome! I would stay here again.

We are def. returning! So so close to ferry station and playa Norte! Golf car rental literally next door. Grocery and so many dining options super close. Keith is the best! I accidentally booked two villas, and he refunded the money for one right away! We usually stay at Mia reef for the location, but this stay was so much better!

Location to downtown was amazing...quiet, outside crazy downtown but very short walk to Playa Norte and best spots in town. Two pools, amazing staff...can't wait to stay again. Thank you Keith and staff!

We could not have been happier with our 11 day stay in the Veracruz apartment! It was clean, spacious and had beautiful views. The staff at Villas San Miguel were helpful, kind, and able to lend a hand with whatever we needed. The location made it easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The 2 outdoor pools and the supply of basic kitchen amenities were perfect for lazy days when we wanted to stay close to home. We will definitely stay here again!

We took 18 friend’s there to celebrate his birthday - what a beautiful place. Two awesome pools with a view of the ocean and within walking distance to the white sandy beaches of Isla. Great rooms with super comfortable beds! The staff was very accommodating. We will stay here every time we come to Isla in the future!!!

Easiest check in ever, beautiful unit and facility, can't beat view or location. We hope to be back again and again. Thanks for everything.

The location of the property was great. Easy to get around downtown and close to the ferry. Room very comfortable and the evenings were cool enough to leave balcony doors open to hear the waves crash. My favorite part! We will be coming here again!

I’ve been to isla Mujures a bunch of times and this is my second time at Villa San Miguel. Like before, it exceeded expectations; even coming back. The place has been a little upgraded since my last visit. The check in was EASY. Place is clean and stocked with useful amenities. Kieth’s team is there to help, but never in your face. Super relaxing. Can’t beat the location. I’ll be back soon!

This whole building is a delight to walk into -- is more than just functional. All the bases are covered, basic supply of coffee, etc. for first morning. Close to grocery store and a short, pleasant walk along the malecón to the north end beaches. Good beds, and a fine view out over the ocean. The staff are friendly and immediately attentive when required. This is the nicest spot we have stayed at on Isla, by far.

This my wife and my second stay at Veracruz and we have rented other properties from Keith. Location is fantastic, everything is a short walk. Unit location is quiet and convenient. Love that view on the balcony. Property is equipped with everything you need, loved that there was coffee there for us. We will be back again.

The property was very clean with a great view of the ocean side. The cleaning crew would come every other day and did a fantastic job. The pools were perfect for relaxing and looked 10x better in person. job. I can't express how pleasant and relaxing this stay was. Perfect location as it's by great restaurants and only a 7-minute walk to the beach. Definitely enjoyed my stay and highly recommend to anyone else that's looking to stay there. You won't be disappointed.

Our first time on Isla Mujeres for our honeymoon. First time dipping our toes into renting a condo rather than staying at a resort. The condo is beautiful, very clean, the whole building and pools and views are gorgeous. Clean, well furnished, Cold AC, quiet, perfect place to rest up between island adventures. Well located next to a local grocery store and tourist restaurants/shops. On site parking for golf cart rental. We booked all of our outings and such ahead of time, and didn't utilize the front desk staff very much, but they were very welcoming and accommodating from the first moment we arrived. We did arrange for end-of-trip covid testing from the staff, which was easy and smooth. My only gripes are sincerely so minor that they don't warrant mentioning, we were in love with the place. The only thing I'll say is that it is a second story walk-up, situated at the top of the hill, worth considering if you have mobility issues. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The Villas were the perfect place to stay on Isla. Great location, well maintained & very clean property, and the ocean view can’t be beat. Property manager was very responsive. Definitely would stay here again!
