Getting here is easy. Most major airlines offer direct service to Cancun International Airport. From there, it's a short trip to the Ultramar high-speed luxury catamaran, with departures approximately every 30 minutes for the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres.

Decorated in authentic Mexican beach-inspired décor, this spacious condominium features two comfortable bedrooms. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a double bed, and a single bed, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed with sliding glass doors leading directly to the private balcony.
The balcony overlooks one of Isla Mujeres' most beautiful tropical gardens. A winding pathway leads you to the large resort swimming pool with lounge chairs and swim-up bar, and the breathtaking waters of Playa Norte. Complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas are available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
Downtown Centro is only minutes away along the sandy street. Here you'll discover colorful architecture, friendly locals, charming cafés, and many restaurants offering everything from authentic Mexican cuisine to fresh seafood and international dining.
Just a few more steps away you'll find grocery stores, golf cart rentals, scooter rentals, bicycle rentals, paddleboard and water sports equipment, as well as countless island activities. You can even earn your scuba certification or take a day trip to explore the magnificent Mayan ruins of the Yucatán Peninsula.

Our condominiums are individually owned and professionally managed and are not part of the Nautibeach rental pool.

Important Resort Information:
Guests Only:
Have full use of the fresh water pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Ground floor bathroom access... Make your way towards Condo No. 1 (directly behind the pool) follow the walkway and signs
Playa Norte - As you exit the pool deck onto the beach, upon request, the security guard will set up your "Complimentary" beach loungers and umbrella (tips are always appreciated). Make sure that you are wearing your wristbands. All pool toys must stay in the pool area.
Note: upon returning to the pool deck there is a foot wash station and fresh water showers directly behind the guard station.
Non-Guests:
Are welcome to use the beach lounge chairs in front of “Mayan Beach Club” with the purchase of food or drink.
The do not have access to the Nautibeach pool or other property amenities.
There is a fresh water shower on the east side of Mayan Beach Club restaurant.
