“Condo 1” Ocean View Ground Floor

Right on the beach with access to a restaurant and minutes away from downtown.

Great location... so glad I chose Nautibeach. Close to everything, the condo was very clean and Keith was quick to answer any questions. We had the best time. We'll be back!

Love Nauti beach and this condo #1 is excellent. Plenty of TP, paper towels, soap, coffee, creamer, and bottled water. Condo super clean and cute. Love convenience of ground floor too. Will be back and would definitely consider renting the same unit.

Loved this property! The location was perfect right by the pool and beach. Beautiful view. It was nice to be on the ground floor to serve as a meeting spot for my family. The place was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to restaurants and the marketplace. My kids enjoyed the friendly cat that would stop by for a visit. Felt very safe. Can’t wait to come again!

The place is located in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and a 7eleven a few blocks away. It’s also walkable from the ferry if you don’t have a ton of luggage. The apartment was across from the bar and the pool. The people who work there are very helpful. I would definitely return for a longer stay. Enjoy and have fun

I hopped around the island every 3-4 nights while visiting on a 10-day vacation. Of course I had to come North. It was nice having a ground level property. From the moment we met the parking guard guy, we were friends. Then, from check-in to every single service worker went over and beyond. The hut workers, the service and food on the beach was just outstanding. I picked this wonderful property because of the reviews, location and sunsets. The property manager, Keith was a joy to work with. He was very responsive, and boy was I asking a lot of questions. Not on the unit I was in but, looking for another place for my last 4 nights during Hurricane Ian. He was on his toes every time. If you can't find anything at Nautibeach Condo’s, ask Keith about his other fabulous properties. We also had an incredible Sunset Dinner at Mayan Beach Club. Service and food was out of this world. I'd definitely would come back and stay here again.

This unit was ground floor, steps from the pool and restaurant, and the best beach on the island right in front of us! The condo is clean and comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The owner left good, helpful instructions. I would highly recommend this rental!

This condo and Nautibeach is truly a gem. From The Mayan beach club on site to the proximity to the hustle and bustle in a family friendly and quite resort this place is perfect. I love being able to be so close to the pool during the day and evening. We will be back!

This is our second stay at Nautibeach and it's the best location on the island. Absolutely love the location on this condo and the easy access to pool, beach, and bar. We have already booked two of Keith's condos for next year.

Very conveniently located. It was clean and comfortable. The beach, pool and place to eat are at your doorstep.

This is our third time staying in Keith’s condo at Nautibeach. We just love the location! The view from the patio is the pool and the crystal clear, blue waters of the Caribbean just beyond. Best view in the world for morning coffee or an evening nightcap! Keith’s condo is on the first floor, so there’s no walking up stairs. The condo is very clean and fully furnished with everything you need. We went to the mercado for supplies the first day and cooked breakfast most mornings, but if you don’t want to cook, the Mayan Restaurant is on site for great breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They’ll even wait on you at the pool or beach. Keith’s a great host and very easy to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my 5th time to stay at Nautibeach. A perfect place to relax, with plenty to do, eat, see all within walking distance. And if you just want to stay at your condo and enjoy the pristine pool, pure white sands on the beach just beyond, you can. Restaurant and bar on the premises with great wait staff. It's a slice of heavenly solitude close (but far) from the bustle of Cancun.

We had such a wonderful week at Keith's place. It comfortably slept our family of 4 and having the pool right in front of the patio was a huge bonus. The staff at the restaurant is so attentive! They saw i had to bring our youngest in for a nap and allowed me to keep the tab open and brought me drinks until he woke up. The cleaning service comes every couple of days, and they do a fantastic job. Any time we had a question, Keith was responding immediately. The knob on the water dispenser accidentally broke, someone was there within 15 minutes. The parking lot is gated so feel safe leaving your golf cart there. Everything was beyond 5 stars, and we'll definitely be back

We loved that the condo was in a quiet area of Isla Mujeres with its own beach area away from too many people. It's also in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable; the staff were very accommodating with cart rentals and Keith was so easy to work with. We are looking forward to visiting isla again!

We absolutely loved our place, #1, 2BR condo. It had everything for a perfect stay. Close to the pool, beach, and beach front restaurant/bar. Staff were all friendly and attentive. We would definitely book again!

It was seamless. From the transfer from the airport, the ferry, to checking in. I would suggest getting a luggage guy in the bike to take your luggage from the ferry to the condo. You can meander down the street and stop for a drink halfway there. It was a perfect place. The condo was very accommodating, the pool lovely, the beach perfect.

We had a really great stay at this property Good A/C, comfortable beds. everything you need in the Kitchen. Location was amazing short walk to all of the north Island. Thanks again

This was the perfect condo! The location, the comfort, the communication was all incredible!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Isla Mujeres.
